Hi, I'm Ally Keuscher, Client Development Specialist for our Los Angeles office, working remotely from Denver, CO, supporting our Renewable Energy & CleanTech brand across the U.S.
I graduated from Texas State University with my B.B.A. in 2017 and I relocated to Denver from the Houston, Texas area 3 years ago.
I have been in agency recruitment for over 4 years in the energy sector with 3 years solely focused in renewables and sustainability. In February 2021, I joined the Piper Maddox team to assist with senior-level and executive searches in the solar industry and have since transitioned into a Client Development Specialist role supporting our Key Accounts team.
I partner with major developers and IPP’s, EPC’s, Consultancies, Private Equity groups and Investment Banks in supporting their skillset-specific hires for senior and executive searches.
In my role as Client Development Specialist, I am tasked with helping these organizations achieve their goals to tackle climate change by introducing first-class talent to their teams.
Why Piper Maddox and the clean energy sector?
I’ve always had an underlying passion and interest in renewable energy, especially after growing up in the Houston area and seeing how heavily we relied on fossil fuels for our energy. Upon graduating college, I even worked in oil & gas recruitment for 1 year – it felt like I was doing more harm than good, so I pivoted to the renewable energy market and never looked back!
I jumped at the opportunity to join Piper Maddox to support the #1 Renewable Energy and CleanTech recruitment brand in America. This team is full of great humans, and we all truly believe in the clean energy transition and want to do what small part we can in the fight against climate change.

Living in 300+ days of sunshine, I find myself outdoors when I can and spend lots of time with my Lab-Mix, Lady. When I’m not recruiting or spending time with Lady, I enjoy rollerblading, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, going to Rockies/Avalanche games, concerts, or putting my nose in a good mystery book.
