Ethan Williams

​Ethan Williams is a Senior Delivery Consultant for Piper Maddox Bristol.

Over the last year at Piper Maddox, I have worked with some of our biggest clients across the UK and Europe within the Renewable Energy sector. My main responsibility is to deliver high-quality service to our key accounts to ensure we support them across all aspects of recruitment. I have developed a broad knowledge within renewables due to delivering into numerous different markets such as automotive, EV charging, solar, and wind.

Why Piper Maddox and the clean energy sector?

Global warming is one of the biggest fears of today’s society, and I want to do what I can to reverse climate change. Piper Maddox provides an excellent training programme that helped me develop skills to work with leaders within the energy business to help them become a net-zero organisation.

Piper Maddox Bristol has an amazing culture. We all graft, but we also know how to have a good time! We are basically a big family.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, socialising with my friends, and DJing in clubs around Bristol.
