I have over a decade of experience partnering with organizations from early-stage start-up companies to some of the largest Fortune 100 firms globally. Having spent my first six years based in the UK, I moved to the West Coast and helped to open the Los Angeles office as one of its founding team members. When given the opportunity to join Piper Maddox and initially lead executive search and senior appointments within the Renewable Energy industry, I jumped at the chance to support the Energy Transition. Now leading a team of Account Managers ensuring we help bridge the talents gaps with our clients and enable the continued growth of the industry.
Why Piper Maddox and the clean energy sector?
I am extremely passionate about the environment & sustainability and helping the world transition towards renewable energy. Having grown up in rural England, I was fortunate enough to have been able to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors and acutely aware of how important our planet is to all of us here now and those in the future. By devoting our efforts to this industry, we are seeing the positive impacts of our clients’ development of new technologies and projects globally that are changing the world. The renewables industry is the future of energy, and Piper Maddox is at the forefront when it comes to providing the key personnel to facilitate this growth.
Something else…
Living in Los Angeles, I spend my time hiking the Santa Monica Mountains, playing golf, and of course down at the beach. As part of the Los Angeles Charity Committee, I lead our involvement with Heal the Bay, arranging the office’s beach cleaning efforts and taking an active role in supporting other local charities tackling social issues such as homelessness.
