EV Marketing Manager
£50000 - £65000 per annum
analyseting Manager on 12 Month FTC will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our hardware products within the EV and energy sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, events, and social media.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions tooptimisee results.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product literature, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Work closely with the product development team to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer-friendly content.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needAnalyseyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to senior management.

Customer Engagement:
Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, customers, and partners.Organisee and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing:
Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and email marketing.
Optimise digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, and other digital advertising techniques.
Track and report on key performance metrics for digital campaigns.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the EV or renewable energy sector.
Proven experience in B2B marketing and hardware product promotion.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
Proficiency in marketing analytic and CRM software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for sustainable energy and innovation.
