This role involves leading a team, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful launch and expansion of our EV products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy tailored to the German market.
Identify market opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them.
Set and achieve revenue targets, market share goals, and profitability objectives.

Market Analysis and Business Development:
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
Identify and develop relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.

Sales and Marketing:
Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Team Leadership and Management:

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the successful launch of new EV products and services in the German market.
Manage the product life cycle, from introduction to growth and maturity phases.
Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Extensive experience in commercial roles within the automotive or EV industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
Strong understanding of the German EV market, including regulatory and competitive landscape.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
