They specialize in the development of utility scale renewable energy assets - taking them from inception, through acquiring the land and securing planning consent, all the way to the project being ready to build.Currently in their pipeline, they have over 10GW worth of projects in active development across Italy and the UK and show no signs of slowing down! Their in house capabilities include land acquisition, planning consents, project design, grid connection engineering, as well as legal support.They are looking to add to their development team working on their Italian pipeline. With the majority of the current team being based in London, you will also be based in their London office, working on Italian projects. As a Senior Development Manager, you will also have the opportunity to take a leadership role within the Italian development team.Some key experience needed for this role: > Experience in the development lifecycle for renewable energy projects - handling project management through from project inception through to RTB. > Leadership/management experience - a drive to mentor and help in the development of junior team members. > Past experience or knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market - market trends, constraints to development, Italian regulations relating to project development etc.Italian language skills would be useful in this role but not essential.
