The Role

As Chief Engineer, you'll play a critical leadership role, overseeing the design, certification, and evolution of advanced battery systems. Reporting to the Head of Design Organisation, you'll ensure technical excellence, manage product development milestones, and act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.


What You'll Bring

At least 5 years of experience in regulated industries like Aerospace or Automotive, with a focus on battery systems.
A degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a technical leadership role.
A solid understanding of engineering disciplines, including hardware/software development and mechanical systems.
Fluency in English and French is a bonus; eligibility for Québec's Order of Engineers is also an asset.
