Be a key player in acquiring assets and business units through competitive M&A processes.

💡 Financing Excellence

Use advanced techniques to deliver strategic insights.

⚙️ Business Unit Support

Partner with their teams to empower operational and investment decisions.
Lead add-on acquisitions and spearhead investment initiatives.

👩‍💼 Who You Are:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master's or certifications like CFA are a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in financial roles within Renewables, Utilities, Consulting, or Investment Banking, with good knowledge for financial modelling and valuation.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Bonus if you know data analysis tools!
A passion for renewable energy and a drive to fuel the energy transition.
Stellar analytical and communication skills, fluent in German (native) and English (proficient).
Independent yet collaborative, thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
Based in or ready to relocate to vibrant Berlin, Germany.

Land Acquisition Specialist - Solar, BESS, Onshore WindSalary Dependent on Experience - £50,000 - 60,000Northwest office location with Hybrid WorkingPiper Maddox are working with a hugely exciting renewable energy company who specialize in the development, construction, and operation of Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. This company has a presence in close to 20 different countries across the globe and this role would sit in their UK division.The development arm of the company have a strong track record of delivering close to 3GW - overall their current pipeline for development sits at just shy of 10GW. You would be playing a key role in the progression of utility scale renewable energy developments, and pushing the UK through to it's NetZero goals.You can rest assured that your projects would come to fruition as our client already has a number of their assets either in the construction phase and others that are fully operation and under asset management.They are looking to add a Land Acquisition Specialist to their UK team to cover the greenfield origination piece of the development lifecycle. Your role would surround, identifying suitable land for development, engaging and managing landowner relationships, and managing the commercial negotiations surrounding a land acquisition process. They have targeted around ~5 years of experience in land acquisition for renewable energy in this role.Key experience for this role includes:> Prior experience coving land acquisitions for renewable energy projects or transferrable major infrastructure projects.
