Das 2023 gegründete, schnell wachsende, paneuropäische IPP hat sich der Schaffung einer nachhaltigeren Zukunft durch saubere und erschwingliche Energie in Form von PV, Wind- und Batteriespeichern verschrieben. Unser Kunde, der bereits in 6 europäischen Ländern tätig ist, sucht einen leidenschaftlichen und erfahrenen Landscout, um sein Team zu verstärken und seinen Einfluss auf dem deutschen Markt auszubauen.

Sie werden Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams sein, das ein flaches Hierarchiesystem anwendet, das ein Miteinander und eine starke Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens fördert.

In dieser Rolle wird von Ihnen erwartet, dass Sie geeignete Standorte aufsuchen und ausfindig machen und arbeiten respektvoll an der Vertragsverhandlung mit relevanten Kontakten wie Landbesitzern,und Gemeinden.


Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

- Identifizierung und Akquisition geeigneter Standorte
- Kontaktherstellung zu Grundeigentümer und Gemeinden
- Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern bis zum Abschluss entsprechender Nutzungsverträge
- Kontaktpflege zu allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (interne Projektteams, - Fachplaner, Gutachter, Behörden, Grundstückeigentümer, etc.)
- Vorstellung und Präsentation der Projektvorhaben bei Kommunen und Behörden
- Berichterstattung über den Verlauf der Projektentwicklung


Was wir brauchen:

- Abgeschlossenes (Bachelor-) Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura,
Umweltingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Erneuerbare Energien, Landschaftsplanung,
Landschaftsarchitektur, Umweltökologie, Umweltplanung, physische Geografie,
Umweltwissenschaften, Garten- und Landschaftsbau, Landwirtschaft oder vergleichbare
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch, kannst flexibel und schnell auf wechselnde
- Sehr gute Verhandlungskompetenz gepaart mit einem überzeugenden Auftreten und einem
- Fließend Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Land Acquisition Specialist - Solar, BESS, Onshore WindSalary Dependent on Experience - £50,000 - 60,000Northwest office location with Hybrid WorkingPiper Maddox are working with a hugely exciting renewable energy company who specialize in the development, construction, and operation of Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. This company has a presence in close to 20 different countries across the globe and this role would sit in their UK division.The development arm of the company have a strong track record of delivering close to 3GW - overall their current pipeline for development sits at just shy of 10GW. You would be playing a key role in the progression of utility scale renewable energy developments, and pushing the UK through to it's NetZero goals.You can rest assured that your projects would come to fruition as our client already has a number of their assets either in the construction phase and others that are fully operation and under asset management.They are looking to add a Land Acquisition Specialist to their UK team to cover the greenfield origination piece of the development lifecycle. Your role would surround, identifying suitable land for development, engaging and managing landowner relationships, and managing the commercial negotiations surrounding a land acquisition process. They have targeted around ~5 years of experience in land acquisition for renewable energy in this role.Key experience for this role includes:> Prior experience coving land acquisitions for renewable energy projects or transferrable major infrastructure projects.
