Developing the industry's most advanced Power Solutions, they are seeking a Procurement Specialist to contribute towards the sourcing of Metals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with suppliers to manage procurement of raw materials.
- Analyze market trends to assess demand and pricing fluctuations.
- Source and procure elemental ingredients such as alloys, nickel, titanium, steel, platinum, rare earths, and platinum group metals.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies and process improvements.
- Manage contracts, including negotiations, pricing, and compliance.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and present insights.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with raw material procurement.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Industrial background in metals preferred; experience in other raw materials
- Previous experience as a buyer in a regulated or complex industry is advantageous.
- Strong strategic analysis and market research skills.
- Product knowledge of metals or other raw materials.
- CIPS qualification is desirable.

PPA Origination Manager - PJM

Piper Maddox have been engaged by a reputable IPP to support them on hiring a new Origination Manager to join their team. The Origination Manager will manage existing customers, create new customer relationships, and negotiate and execute structured power transactions for development and operating projects, with a particular emphasis on new renewable power products, customers and/or regions. The Origination Manager will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs and develop product structures to meet them and is responsible for developing the deal structure and working with the different desks to develop pricing. Additional areas of focus for this role will be on model economic analysis, pricing and structuring of offtake arrangements, proposal drafting and tracking, market analysis, customer intelligence and tracking, as well as internal coordination to originate new business, finalize bids, and bring transactions through the execution process. The role will report to the Director of Origination and will work closely with Development, Delivery, and Finance teams. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager - Solar Farms

About the Role In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all aspects of our utility-scale solar projects. You'll manage a team of inspectors, overseeing their work in verifying the electrical, mechanical, and civil systems. You'll play a central role in documenting and reporting on quality checks, maintaining clear communication with site managers and subcontractors, and identifying and resolving quality concerns promptly. A commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry standards and best practices in solar tracker and fixed-mounted systems is essential. We will consider applicants located in any one of these states: Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina or Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of QA/QC inspectors Oversee inspections of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems at solar project sites Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications Develop, maintain, and organize inspection documentation Facilitate inspection walkthroughs with subcontractors and site managers Manage third-party testing and calibration services Support commissioning and post-commissioning activities Promote a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for safety and quality, committed to staying up-to-date on the latest solar industry standards.
