The key element of a Project Developer role, is to tie all these elements together, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to bring a project forward.

This would include managing external planning consultants for planning submission, engaging with landowners and the land team on new site origination, attending public consultation events, liaising with internal grid and engineering teams to ensure the technical viability of a project, as well as ensuring commercial feasibility on a budget and timeline front.

Suitable backgrounds for this role would include Engineering Consultancy, Environmental Consultancy, Ecology, or a grounding in renewable energy development. An understanding of the development process and key factors within this is the crucial part of a successful application for this role.
