Sales Manager – The Netherlands

 

Overview As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will drive the growth of our market presence and play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships. You will focus on solutions in the field of energy monitoring and management, including cloud-based platforms and related hardware such as data loggers, gateways, meters, and load balancing devices. You combine a technical understanding of our solutions with commercial acumen to translate customer needs into tailored offers and successfully close deals.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Identify and acquire new customers and partners within the energy market.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with installers, service providers, and energy companies.

• Inspire and motivate partners to adopt and promote our solutions.

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

• Translate customer requirements into practical, technically sound solutions.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the market.

 

Profile

 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the energy transition or related sectors.

• Technical background (electrical engineering, building technology, or similar).

• Proven track record in developing new customer and partner networks.

• Experience with long-term or recurring contract management is a plus.

• Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative.

• Excellent relationship management and trust-building skills.

• Motivated by ambitious goals and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

They work across a range of industries focusing on the renewable energy space whilst specialising in electrical power infrastructure and grid connections. This company are now looking to expand their team through the hire of an Electrical Design Engineer based in Bristol. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll actively be involved in their Engineering team working towards their portfolio of high voltage projects. You will be responsible for the design of high voltage electrical infrastructure and follow projects from the concept to the construction phases.
