Piper Maddox has partnered with a fast-growing company at the forefront of the electric mobility revolution, delivering ultra-fast charging solutions that eliminate the need for costly, multi-year utility upgrades. Their subscription-based charging model provides immediate, turn-key power to EV fleets, property owners, and municipalities.

We're looking for a driven, technically-savvy EV Charging Sales Executive to lead adoption of their charging solutions within the heavy-duty trucking market: drayage, regional haul, and last-mile fleets, and charging developers serving them.

  • Educate prospects on the technical and financial advantages of the subscription-based charging model
  • Conduct on-site assessments to scope tailored solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle: from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify account growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and lead data in HubSpot
  • Represent the company at trade shows, utility events, and industry conferences

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in heavy-duty trucking, EV charging, renewable energy, fleet management, or related technical sales
  • B2B enterprise sales experience with complex, strategic sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of heavy-duty fleets, EV charging infrastructure (Level 3 DC fast chargers), and basic electrical concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical detail for varied audiences
  • A self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Google Workspace, and MS Office; experience building sales decks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% for client meetings, site visits, and events

Why Join Us

  • A front-row seat in the e-mobility revolution, with real influence over company direction
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (multiple plan options)
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave
  • Strong commission potential on top of a competitive base
