Join a fast-growing, nuclear organization where you'll play a critical role supporting day-to-day IT operations while helping build and optimize enterprise systems that power the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, owning IT initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across a Microsoft-centric environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary IT support resource for the New York office, providing desktop, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365, including user access, workflows, dashboards, and business process configuration.
  • Help support and expand the company's ERP and enterprise systems environment.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, document controls, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with cybersecurity, access management, and compliance initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
  • Participate in after-hours support for critical business and operational issues as needed.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience supporting technical and non-technical users.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and customization.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, nuclear, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, GCC High, CMMC, or NIST environments.
  • Experience supporting Windows 365, virtual desktops, and enterprise infrastructure.

 

Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in New York, NY. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to regulatory requirements.

Senior Electrical Planning Engineer (AC) | Commercial & Industrial PV / BESS The OpportunityWe're working with a leading EPC business to appoint a Senior Electrical Planning Engineer to take ownership of the AC engineering for commercial & industrial (C&I) photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Germany. This is a senior technical role where you'll lead the electrical planning process from initial design through to commissioning, acting as the key interface between engineering, project management, grid operators, customers and electrical subcontractors.
