We're seeking a Senior Accountant to help build and optimize utility-scale solar and solar + storage projects across the United States.

About Us: Our team is comprised of seasoned developers, investors, and operators with over 100 years of collective experience. We are backed by a recent $250M funding round and are actively involved in groundbreaking projects that are already under construction. As a joint venture between a leading solar development platform and experienced infrastructure investors, we have originated and developed multiple gigawatts of solar energy projects and overseen substantial power generation investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage accounting for multiple entities and project portfolios, including financial reporting and cash flow management during construction phases.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and perform reconciliations.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, and assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Help create, refine, and implement accounting policies and procedures while developing internal processes and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller and have the opportunity to work in other areas of the organization.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of experience as a staff or public accountant; CPA and Big 4 experience are preferred.
  • Proficient in Sage (or similar accounting software) and highly skilled in Excel.
  • Energetic self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the renewable energy sector being a plus.
