Key Role Requirements:
- Significant management experience within relevant industries such as chemical plants, wastewater, RNG, and oil & gas
- In-depth knowledge of process systems, particularly in digester operations
- Strong understanding of production and safety processes in industrial environments
- Ability and willingness to relocate as needed
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects, including interfacing with utilities, local municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Technical expertise in providing guidance on construction methods, equipment selection, and interpretation of technical drawings
- Strong commitment to implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the plant to ensure production and safety goals are consistently achieved
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule requirements
- Serve as a technical resource, offering assistance with construction methods, equipment recommendations, and drawing interpretation
- Maintain stringent quality control measures across all operations to ensure high standards of performance
