Principal Objectives:

The Account Manager will closely interact with customers to answer questions or address concerns. The daily tasks of an Account Manager include the management of multiple accounts, building close relationships with customers and internal TSG departments as well looking for opportunities to expand our services and add additional revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts to ensure all targets, SLA's & expectations are met
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Attend client meetings
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in agreed timescales
- Communicate client needs and demands to wider team/business
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Generate customer quotations in a timely manner with assistance of internal teams or sub-contractors when required (liaise with BDD re margins)
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Keep records of client transactions
- Produce client and management presentations
- Produce client and management reports
- Constantly seek to improve our performance
- Ensure that Health Safety and Welfare of all staff is assured
- Undertake other duties as necessary to the role/business

Skills & Abilities Required for This Position (Essential):
- Account Management experience - experience managing large accounts preferred
- Client-focused solutions experience
- Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Talent for influencing client management
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills - production and presentation
- Time management skills
- Calm under pressure and able to make decisions quickly
- Happy to work as part of a team and also independently when required
- IT proficient - email, Microsoft Excel/Word etc
- Full Driving Licence
- Passionate and knowledgeable about climate change, sustainability and/or the EV industry and willing to attend training/courses as required
