Based in Munich, they are currently seeking ambitious, driven and thought-challenging Battery Engineers to join their team. You will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to deliver the battery systems architecture, design, certification and integration into the vehicle. You will help the team understand the cutting edge of Li-ion battery technology; enabling the development of the best suited system for their vehicle whilst highlighting degradation, thermal restrictions and performance.
Ideally, you will hold a PhD, MSc or relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering. You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience developing Li-ion battery technology for applications in Automotive, Aerospace or Energy Storage industries. Most importantly, you will thrive in a creative, collaborative environment and have the confidence to challenge traditional processes to help create the next generation of battery systems.
