Full-time
Location: This role will require initially require regular travel to London but you don't
have to be London-based. Frequent domestic & international travel may be required.

To scale rapidly we need people with the passion, energy & enthusiasm for
decarbonising our world and the drive to build a strong and sustainable business. This
means we are looking for the very brightest and best BDMs to find, engage and
support our customers on their fleet electrification journey. The role will be supported
by some of the best operators in the EV business but will be extremely fast paced and
challenging so you'll need to hit the ground running and quickly contribute to our
success.

What you will need
* An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to rapidly integrate in to our fastmoving team. We are a flat organisation and you'll need to influence without
authority
* Energy, resilience and positivity: This won't be an easy ride but it will be
worth it
* Empathy, communication and storytelling skills: You will need to
understand customer needs and translate them into powerful sales pitches
* Proven ability to be a self-starter and comfortable working with ambiguity
* Strong communication skills: You must be a confident presenter who can
clearly articulate the value of our solutions to customers and prospects
* Excellent questioning and listening skills: Allowing you to identify the critical
business needs of prospects and customers
* A genuine team player: You will be working very closely with the broader
sales, marketing and product teams using your customer feedback to shape
the product roadmap and create business plans
* Proven track record in B2B sales and business development: Including
prospecting new leads and closing complex opportunities from inception to
scale.
* Excellent commercial negotiation skills: Ability to model, negotiate and
close complex deals across multiple stakeholders
* Experience working with commercial vehicle fleets: A good understanding
of the fleet management value chain and fleet pain points
* Commercial acumen: To enable you to accurately forecast revenue for your
territory and customers, maintain contact information, business history and
actively manage your prospect pipeline
* Full UK driving license

What will help you stand out
* A strong network of contacts and relationships across the commercial fleet
space, especially for truck, bus and van
* Previous experience in EV charging systems or fleet electrification
* Additional languages
