Scope

This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President - Sales.

The purpose of this role is to identify and win all known or unforeseen opportunities that arise within the designated geographical area. The Senior Sales Manager will be the most senior Tritium representative in country for opportunities and marketing events that arise within their territory.

The Senior Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for winning work and achieving revenue growth across the designated region/country. Secondly, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying customers that may ultimately become eligible for their priority accounts programme.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
*You will take the lead in the development of sales strategy for EV chargers across Benelux and where required neighbouring countries in conjunction with the Regional Vice President - Sales.
*Analyse and deeply understand the marketplace, anticipating solutions and insights to meet their needs
*Respond to unforeseen opportunities within the geographical area
*Identify business opportunities with prospective customers and successfully position the client to win work
*Manage client accounts in close cooperation with operations and identify opportunities for further growth
*Compile and manage a pipeline of opportunities for the designated geographical area
*Proactively drive all bid activity with the client and lead negotiations with client procurement
*Responsible for being the face for all client engagements within the designated geographical region.
*Becoming the Industry or Industry Segment Lead where deemed appropriate
*Develop new accounts and provide an outstanding customer experience
*Conduct country specific go to market plans and budget planning where required
*Employ Tritium sales tools i.e. Salesforce.com, account plan
*Identify, appoint and develop local Resellers for sales and service support
*Drafting business proposals, tender documentation and review contracts where required.
*Conduct negotiations with key customers in conjunction with the Regional Vice President - Sales.
*Contribute to the broader development of the global sales team.
