​Piper Maddox has partnered with a major electric vehicle charging service provider in search of a expert in the customer lifecycle experience. The client is in search of an individual with deep understanding of the customer lifecycle experience to take on the responsibilities ofCustomer Loyalty Specialist. (Prior experience in Electric Vehicles is not required).

Location: Reston, VA (or Remote USA)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute an end-of-term customer marketing program to ensure retention and loyalty

  • Generate monthly CRM reporting and establish KPI benchmarks for customer engagements (Open rate, CTR, bounce rate, etc.)

  • Guide a cross-functional team in pitches and launches of charging service agreements; liaise across various teams internally and externally

  • Drive CRM agency on creative and copy

  • Understand and advocate for the client's charging benefits to automotive and fleet customers for success

  • Manage key strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand to OEM customer lifecycles

  • Work cross-functionally with Engagement & Retention Specialists and Growth Marketing leaders to intersect marketing touchpoints

  • Collaborate with Business Development team in designing post-program communications with OEM customers

  • Research and analyze data on customer trends; consult to stakeholders on customer experience and advise on key outcomes

  • Work with Salesforce team to leverage data, analytics, insights, and tools across organization

  • Manage budget of $2-5M to seek revenue and optimize cost


Requirements:

  • Marketing/market research expertise

  • Experience with Salesforce product suite

  • CRM Systems knowledge

  • Experience utilizing project management software (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar)

  • Budget management experience

  • Success in developing strong partnerships and relationships across multiple layers of an organization, outside agencies, and vendors

  • Experience building and refining user journeys

  • Campaign management expertise

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM and Marketing and/or agency/vendor management (or comparable relevant experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Market Research, or comparable field
