​Piper Maddox has partnered with a rapidly growing EV charging firm based out of Southern California dedicated to increasing accessibility to sustainable infrastructure for all. Their network boasts more than 7,000 charging stations, and they recently closed a $60M funding round - positioning them to skyrocket over the next 12 months.

They are in search of a Director of Marketing to join their team hybrid out of El Segundo as they embark on the next stage of growth.


  • Develop and execute holistic marketing strategy in line with business goals

  • Collaborate with teams cross-functionally executing campaigns and marketing initiatives

  • Manage marketing budget, planning & forecasting, and headcount

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports, providing mentorship and goal setting

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics, optimizing and improving results through data analytics

  • Represent the brand externally at events, media appearances, conferences, and more

  • Supervise the development of marketing content including digital, advertising, and more


  • 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of marketing leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience

  • Experience with market research and analysis; proficiency with marketing tech tools

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Strategic-thinking and creativity
