This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes and policies to ensure employee well-being. This individual will work closely with internal recruitment teams on talent strategy, payroll to form competitive compensation strategies, as well as managers across all departments, and C-suite. This individual will maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience in human resources management, ideally within a rapidly growing team or start-up environment. The ideal candidate also has experience in one or more of the following industries: tech, software, construction, electric vehicles, or related.

This individual must be located within commutable distance of Santa Monica HQ and be comfortable working in office primarily.
