They acquire, develop, and operates power generation facilities that provide reliable electricity, support the decarbonizing grid, and meet the evolving needs of our customers and communities. They are backed by a leading sustainable real assets investor, enabling them to enter the market at GW scale.

Earthrise owns 773MW of natural gas plants and plans to develop renewable energy projects in surrounding areas of the communities they operate in. Earthrise’s current pipeline is 1GW+, and it is only the beginning! Earthrise is targeting utility-scale Solar projects in the 100MW+ range and its platform approach will create long-term opportunities for local communities and businesses as the clean energy continues to scale.

Earthrise is looking for a Director of Procurement to work closely with the Head of FP&A to play a critical role in supporting Corporate, Operations, M&A, and business development initiatives. This is both an execution and strategic position, and given the company’s early stage, the Director’s responsibilities will evolve through the stages of the company’s growth. The Procurement Director will work closely with various functions across the company and should have a demonstrated knowledge of commercial practices, legal principles, and negotiation skills.


Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement/ supply chain for renewable projects (Utility-Scale Solar preferred)

  • Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers

  • Contract negotiation experience

  • Background from a Developer or IPP preferred


Earthrise is initially focused on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in areas surrounding its operating plants. Over time, the company will explore opportunities to expand its clean energy development efforts to include additional resources such as wind, green hydrogen, hydrogen, and electric vehicle infrastructure, among others!
