In view of the continuously expanding number of projects and prospects, we are seeking Director to grow a reputable and very successful Future Mobility team through the hiring of an Associate Director, Future Mobility, who will oversee our e-mobility activity within the larger zero emission portfolio. You will serve as the technical lead responsible for project leadership and work-winning operations linked to this portfolio as an expert in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, which will be balanced with a suitable utilisation target.

* Experience in zero emission transportation, from policy and strategy to business case formulation, planning, design, procurement, and implementation, with evidence from the consulting or industry

* A technical leader in business with the knowledge and assurance to guide initiatives in the field of zero-emission mobility. driven to empower teammates through effective project leadership and delegation skills. It is imperative to have project management expertise in a consulting (or comparable) context. It would also be advantageous to have business development, bid writing, and thought leadership skills

* Other pertinent skills might include: innovation, market sizing, understanding of the DfT's Future of Mobility: Urban Strategy, regulatory analysis, technology road maps, operations

* Possess a track record of handling uncertainty, as well as the flexibility and adaptability to operate in a constantly changing workplace with a variety of projects and customer expectations

* A strong belief in the potential of zero-emission mobility to produce tangible benefits for communities and a strong willingness to assist clients in the public and private sectors in realising the opportunities and potential problems presented by these technologies.

* A desire for hybrid work (three days per week in the office) and a willingness to work from different offices and attend client meetings as needed.

* Be aware of the broader context in which transportation planning, engineering, and design take place from both a policy and legal standpoint.
