We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German speaking Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for managing our industry leading Enterprise Partners. These partners use our software to manage/acquire their B2C, B2B customers and direct partners and manage their EV Charging sites, projects, or organization and often generate revenue from them.

Key Activities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.
Act as the commercial lead for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business, improve product adoption, ensure seamless product implementation, and proactively lead the customer through their lifecycle.
Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell via proactive expansion and stakeholder mapping.
Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints, escalation management and success planning.
Utilize sales stack & our CRM to manage and prioritize activities for each account, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked and all records are kept up-to-date and managed appropriately.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, finance, marketing, and product, to ensure our enterprise partners are receiving the best possible service and support.
Develop a deep understanding of our product and how it can be used to meet the needs of our enterprise partners.
Work closely with our partners to understand their strategic revenue initiatives and provide guidance and recommendations on how our software can be leveraged to achieve their goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with our enterprise partners, including churn, pricing concerns, and customer satisfaction issues.
Maximize product adoption to benefit account growth and success.

Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role with enterprise grade organizations. (experience with Fortune 500 companies is a plus)
Fluent in English & German.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer first mentality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions to complex challenges.
Experience navigating large global organizations, dealing with technical and commercial teams, including partner enablement.
Proven track record of project management and stakeholder management skills internally and externally.
Proven track record of SaaS experience in customer success management, portfolio management, success planning, driving revenue growth, product adoption, health scores, renewal management and customer satisfaction within enterprise accounts.
Ability to travel to see partners globally at a minimum of two weeks per quarter.
Experience working with Hubspot or other CRM systems is preferred.
Consulting background is a plus.
EV charging experience is ideal but not mandatory.
