Piper Maddox is partnering with one of the largest and most iconic brands in the world who is expanding its reach beyond retail. With well over 50,000 locations globally, they are transforming their business and linking the brick-and-mortar stores with digital products and services to better serve customers.
They are looking for an EV Product Manager to help develop this new space they are breaking into. In this role, they are seeking someone who will help define product vision, strategy, and road mapping. Ultimately, they will be overseeing the execution of getting the products to the market therefore a deep understanding of project maintenance and product rollout in the energy space will be key.
Creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
Work closely with autonomy software teams to define and translate perception, planning, and control requirements into hardware specifications.
Translate the product vision into a strategy and roadmap that lays out priorities down to the feature level.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop product requirements and specifications.
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
Report and consult with senior management on features strategic direction.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.
Experience working in an organization that designs and manufactures complex hardware products.
Experience with hardware product management, including hardware product cycles. Experience in software product management is a plus
Strong cross-functional relationship building with high empathy to understand the needs of other businesses and priorities.
Experience in the electric vehicle automotive industry, or commercial vehicle, powersports, aerospace, or related industry preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
