Job Description:

  • Formulate and execute a multifaceted funding strategy customized to our specific requirements, encompassing the acquisition of investment capital for our comprehensive suite of offerings, which includes OEM Aftermarket Battery solutions, 2nd Life batteries, Recycling services, and End-to-End service provisions.

  • Identify and engage prospective investors, ranging from venture capitalists to institutional partners, who not only share our vision but are also closely aligned with our strategic objectives.

  • Meticulously craft persuasive and captivating pitch presentations, adeptly conveying the depth of innovation, market potential, and strategic trajectory inherent in our solutions to potential investors.

  • Nurture and cultivate robust relationships with investors, maintaining a continuous dialogue to provide regular updates on our progress, technological advancements, and financial performance.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to rigorously analyze the company's financial prerequisites, ensuring the presentation of precise financial models and projections that resonate with potential investors.

  • Steer the due diligence process by providing a transparent and all-encompassing array of financial data, meticulously crafted business forecasts, and other pertinent documents to prospective investors.

  • Negotiate investment terms, equity positions, valuations, and other pivotal aspects of investor partnerships with finesse, all aimed at securing mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Maintain a vigilant watch on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, adapting our funding strategies adeptly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Forge a close partnership with legal teams to ensure impeccable adherence to all investment-related agreements, contracts, and regulatory obligations.

  • Deliver routine and comprehensive investor reports, meticulously delineating our financial performance, noteworthy milestones achieved, and any strategic shifts within our business landscape.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.

  • Over 5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising, investor relations, or similar roles within the startup ecosystem.

  • Superior communication and presentation skills that seamlessly convey complex ideas in an engaging and compelling manner.

  • A proven track record of effective negotiation skills, coupled with a history of cultivating and managing investor relationships.

  • Proficiency in market research, industry analysis, and the identification of strategic investment opportunities.

  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
