What got you into engineering? I bet it wasn't designing the same fixtures and layouts over and over again. I reckon you go into it to work with smart people to solve interesting problems.

And the icing on the cake - your work will go to produce high-performance batteries to go into high-end electric cars (you can probably guess for who).

Your day to day will be working on concept designs for battery-cell production lines. The company has a flat structure, so you'll have access to some of the best, most experienced minds in the battery industry if you don't have experience already.

They're a mature, self-directed, solution focused company. They know battery manufacture is a pretty young industry, so they're open to considering people with any sort of process or industrial engineering experience - packaging, robotics, medical devices, or anything in between.

They're also recruiting for 7 engineers, at different levels of experience, with appropriate salary levels to match.

For the first 12 months only, there will be some travel within Germany, approximately 50% of the time you'll be working in Bavaria, but not for more than 2 weeks at a time.

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in a related field: process engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering etc.

Fluent English OR German, and willingness to learn the other

Experience working in Europe
