​Piper Maddox has partnered with a startup that has developed a revolutionary marketplace for PPAs and a platform which has completely changed the game for solar developers. Their product is completely novel, and they have had immense traction in industry and are now looking for Key Account Manager to drive the company’s success of their sales division.

Based out of San Francisco, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, verifying client satisfaction, expanding client business, recognizing opportunities for new business, and being a subject matter expert for products and services.

Responsibilities:

·         Mature and maintain relationships with high volume clients to spearhead account growth and achieve long-term company goals

·         Undergo research on client desires and produce tailored solutions in order to achieve current and future business operations

·         Act as the point of contract for key customers, settle issues and complaints in a smooth manner, analyze customer feedback on the product and service

·         Measure and analyze key account metrics, deliver operational KPIs, and report to leadership marketplace metrics

 

Requirements:

·         At least 1 year of experience in sales, operations, account management and/or a cleantech development role

·         Track record of success within a sales role – the ability to handle contracts in an organizational manner

·         Excellent time management, communication, project management and negotiation skills
