We’re partnered with a Series A startup who is using robotics, AI, and Machine Learning solutions to increase automation and efficiency within the manufacturing and supply chain industries.

They’ve been focusing on using AI robotics to solve the most complex problems which has allowed them to undergo this period of expansion to keep up with the demands of this space.

The Mechanical Engineer Manager will be leading a team of hardware engineers in developing defining, implementing, and maintaining development processes. This is a technical manager who will equally be a people manager in leading their team through direct mentorship and hiring initiatives upon joining.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of what roles are needed and how to organize the team to service different phases of the product lifecycle and different phases of product development.

• At least 3 years’ experience of professional experience as people manager on a technical engineering/product development team.

• Experience within automotive, robotics, AI/ML, or industrial manufacturing.
