What to expect

You will be responsible for establishing required partnerships and maintaining a professional business relationship with all external partners related to the businesses eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider) business, in particular related to CPOs. You are expected to stay on top of market evolvements and proactively inform the eMSP Business Owner when new partner activities and changes in market dynamics occurs. You will drive negotiation and manage partner contracts.

As the CPO Partnership manager you will also be deeply involved in exciting business development activities surrounding the overall eMSP proposition.

Together with colleagues from business development, service design, research & development teams you will be setting the standard for the e-Mobility business going forward.

Your profile

We are looking for a strong partnership developer and negotiator who enjoys seizing new business opportunities by leveraging partner networks. Ideally you have been working in relationship management roles within a technology intensive business and know how to establish and scale partner networks.

You thrive from engagement in different business development activities to ensure the eMSP offer becomes attractive and stands out in the market. Ideally you have a good understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs within e-mobility area and a deep passion for the EV space as such.

We also believe that you have a strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mindset. You have the personality and skill set to convey your message across all parts of the organization. No task is too small or too large.

Requirements
* +5 years of relevant work experience
* Track record from developing and scaling partnership networks within a dynamic tech oriented industry segment
* Track record from successful commercial negotiations, new partnership establishments and contract management
* Experience from digital strategy and/or business development from a corporate setting, consultancy, start-up or similar is meriting
* Some understanding of the e-mobility ecosystem for heavy duty vehicles, buses and/or personal cars including customer needs/requirements and the competitive landscape
* Been working with CPO or eMSP related partnerships is meriting
* Some understanding of the European energy and utility landscape
* Likely a Master degree in Engineering, Business or similar
* Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Swedish
