An advanced battery materials client is looking for a Product Manager to Lead, manage, and advise on a new anode product development and customer validation program. You will be responsible for leading technical sales and product development processes in order to optimise product properties to meet customer requirements, to improve production processes and ensure product quality.

Lead and manage the commercialisation of Anode Line into a product in the mainstream anode market.
*Continuously improve the quality Anode Line according to customer requirements and six sigma methodology
*Lead and manage the cross functional product team and instruct production, R&D, sales and quality control personnel on Anode Line product batch programs
*Tracking and reporting on the Anode Line product development programs2
*Manage all of the technical interfaces with customers and nurture and maintain long-term relationships with customer's materials testing teams.
*Manage the external technical data for Anode Line such as technical specifications and communicate effectively the Anode lines properties to customers
*Provide technical specifications, as part of sales agreements
*Interpret customer requirements and analyse customer data
*Travel to customer locations and conferences on a regular basis and document activities e.g. call reports and meeting minutes
*Lead and cultivate new customers by developing relationships that will lead to new sales opportunities
*Identify market and business development opportunities in the global market2
*Provide information to production team on product demand
*Provide information to relevant production and R&D personnel to ensure product development programs align with customer expectations 2
*Provide information to relevant operational and support personnel to ensure that customer expectations are fully understood and that all activities are undertaken in accordance with contractual requirements.
*Provide final quality management for product distribution
*Ensure that product specifications, datasheets and other relevant information are up to date and available (both internally and externally)
*Ensure the processes for resolving customer issues and/or complaints are effectively managed by maintaining an appropriate quality system.1
*Provide technical expertise and leadership for the marketing function so that it can effectively manage its expectations and outcomes.
*Maintain an effective CRM system for recording and reporting relevant information
*Support the development of company strategy and the associated annual budget1
