PROGRAM MANAGER POUCH/ ROUND CELL (M/W/D)

We are working with one of the world's leading companies in the field of special li-ion technologies. Manufacturing battery cells for leaders of the automotive industry. They are hiring for two Program Managers one for Pouch cells and one for Round Cells.

Located 45 minutes from Stuttgart
Salary negotiable depending on experience €100,000 to €140,000 plus performance bonus

THE ROLE
* Planning, management and implementation of technical projects in the area of industrialisation for the production of pouch and round cells.
* Leading the project management through budget plans, schedules, resource plans, project controlling and documentations
* Adaptation of the functional organisation to the changing requirements of the different project phases
* Permanent monitoring and reporting of projects with regard to financing, resources, risks and milestones
* Definition and control of the necessary change management and the associated communication to support the success of the project
* Cross-functional networking with Operations, Engineering and Health, Safety & Environment, Industrialisation, as well as cross-functional coordination of technical projects
* Conflict management between overall project requirements and internal customer specifications
* Innovation driver for methods and applications to optimise programme success
Contract:
* Support of contract negotiations
* Documentation of contract negotiations
* Support of changes within contracts
* Extraction of new targets on contract changes
Resources:
* Written release of resources >3 k€
* Escalation of bottlenecks to GF & COO
* Handover of resource requirements to HR (in case of bottlenecks)
Communication and reporting:
* Distribution of filtered program related information to sub-project team leaders.
* Report generation for CEO
* Escalation to CEO in case of program critical events

Communication:
* Processing of commercial inquiries from the customer
* Informative preparation of changes for further processing in program management
* Communication of target changes on the part of the contracts to the program management
* Documentation of business-relevant customer inquiries


REQUIREMENTS
* Successfully completed Bachelor's, Master's degree or diploma in the direction of economics or engineering.
* 5+ years experience in project management in a manufacturing company, including operational planning and analysis
* Project management experience (e.g. greater than 20M€)
* Portfolio project management experience (e.g. greater than 50M€)
* Programme management experience (e.g. greater than 150M€).
* Experience in managing complex projects
* Good knowledge of EU safety and building regulations as well as manufacturing and process automation.
* Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, as well as experience with EN 9100 and Lean methods
* Independent, structured and organised way of working, good time management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, hands-on mentality
* Problem-solving approach, as well as analytical and strategic thinking
* Excellent leadership qualities, very good handling of conflict situations as well as a high level of resilience.
