​Piper Maddox has just been engaged in a confidential search, by one of the most exciting players in the DG solar & storage space! They are a full-spectrum IPP that in addition to their solar & storage focus, also do work with microgrids, fuel cells, & EV charging. This organization is the US market entry iteration of one of the most established energy utilities in Asia, that is the continent's largest provider of solar & storage power.

Having already developed 1GW of projects across the US, another 1GW of projects in active development as we speak, and the backing of an organization that has already deployed $4.5BB in debt and equity up to this point, they are expected to continue their steady growth trajectory as they build out both their team, and pipeline.

The organization also offers individual financing, engineering, and development services to their customer base, and given the fact that it's a smaller organization, team members will often take on additional responsibilities beyond what their title would indicate - collaboration and philosophy alignment across the team, are integral.

They are looking for a Project Developers to play a key role in realized their immense project pipeline, and continue expanding their growth efforts within the US market. The ideal candidate would have:

• direct exposure to greenfield project development with renewable assets

• comfortability working in a fast-paced environment and taking on broad-spectrum responsibilities

• an eagerness to see direct reward for value added

• at least 3 years of professional experience within the context of project development

The organization needs two developers, one to sit out of their office in California, and another to be entirely remote, as they need an SME within their ISO/RTO of focus.
