Project Manager
Milton Keynes - Flexible working - (remote UK).
£50,000 - £70,000, plus OTE, Car, Private Healthcare.


Responsibilities

Oversee our Construction side of the business including partners and sub-contractors. Monitoring project plans to budgets and timescales and ensuring all H&S and other company and regulatory policies and procedures are adhered to.
*Project management - planning, documentation, sourcing, monitoring etc.
*Inspect client's property and assist partners in work measurement and valuation
*Draft construction plans and legal contracts
*Ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations including Health & Safety policies and regulations
*Liaise with colleagues, customers, sub-contractors and other professionals

Skills

*Minimum 5 years in a similar role
*Quantity/Building Surveyor qualifications or experience
*Methodical and analytical with the ability to produce accurate and detailed work
