Project Manager - Transition from O&G to Renewable Energy - £45,000 - £50,000
Renewable Energy / BESS / Energy Storage / Solar / Oil & Gas / Project Management

The world is changing, and energy with it. But you already know that. All you need is a company willing to give you the chance to transition into the future, renewable energy.

To be successful, you'll need to join a company where people have made that same journey, understand the learning curve you'll face and how to overcome them, and have a plan in place to ensure your success with the business. And a company with the pipeline of work to back it all up.

You'll begin by supporting the Project Lead on the flagship projects. Learning about the industry, it's nuances, and helping to deliver some of the biggest BESS energy storage projects in the country.

But as employee number 2 in the Projects team, and with a very strong pipeline of work coming up, you'll quickly be leading projects of your own. This isn't a role to stagnate in, this is a springboard to your new career.

Ideally you'll be from a technical background, having delivered complex, engineering-led energy projects. You'll still have a natural curiosity and a desire to grow, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll understand the necessity of good documentation, strong processes, and how to support and lead diverse sets of people to achieve big goals.

If you're ready to make the leap to the future of energy then don't hesitate, this role isn't going to be around for long. Apply today or find me on LinkedIn (jtr-rec)
