We are currently in looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering as well as reliability engineering experience within the areas of FMEA, reliability test planning, accelerated life testing, and reliability statistical modeling.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform reliability testing including mechanical stress tests, shock, vibration, and environmental testing.

• Conduct failure analysis using analytical techniques and methodology to derive root cause

• Work in a cross-functional team executing FMEA for design, test, and O&M teams on the reliability development program to assess/reduce design risk in the linear generator and address issues it has in the field.
