This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President - Sales at Tritium Technologies B.V. and is preferably based in the UK

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation and functioning of the sales function in support of senior sales leadership (within the region). The Sales Coordinator will be the focal point for the day-to-day administration of Tritium's sales team and will support administration with customer engagements where deemed reasonable and appropriate by the Regional Vice President - Sales. This may include providing tender support to produce written submissions for clients.

While the primary purpose of the role is to be a central point of administration for the sales team, the secondary purpose of the role is to enable the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service. Thus, while the role is not client facing, the Sales Coordinator may on occasion be required to support sales team members in conducting either a sales or marketing engagement with our priority customers.

On occasion the role, will require support to the Marketing team - Europe for the conduct of Marketing Events.


Responsibilities:

* Processing new sales leads into the company's CRM and ERP.

* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

* Maintain order status and delivery details and provided progress reports to customers

* Communicate to the Brisbane based Production team on new sales order

* Communicate agreed delivery dates and deals with the technical department to resolve any product or technical queries.

* Upload production schedules to Salesforce

* Communicate to sales team any issues in production

* Manage and assign incoming leads (lead-que)in Salesforce to right sales manager/ executive for qualification

* Manage the customer artwork process

* Follow up sim cards from customers

* Manage internal and external stakeholders

* Coordinate tender process.

* Help customers with queries about orders or deliveries.

* Answering phone calls and manage appointments where deemed appropriate

* Support the teams in the conduct of client care surveys and feedback.



Qualifications:


* Diploma/Degree in Business Administration

* Proven work experience as a sales administrator or Sales support person

* Ideally be proficient in Salesforce.com

* Ideally have experience with CRM software and MS Office

* Positive attitude with willingness to learn

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

* A team player with high level of dedication

* Ability to work under strict deadlines

* Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment

* Be customer focused with a strong service ethic

* Able to work without direct supervision and ask for help if needed
