As Sales Manager, you would be at the forefront of the business's development and growth. By bringing in a convincing personality, upbeat energy and your own experience, you would be responsible for the entire sales process. Your role:

* You are responsible for the organisation and execution of the entire sales process. This extends from the initial customer/partner needs to the preparation of offers, pricing to completion and after-sales support.
* You drive and conclude (with specialist support as appropriate) the business opportunity within their assigned accounts in the commercial segment and sell the company's products and services, technology, and solutions through indirect channels. These need to be established if they do not exist.
* You acquire potential re sellers and specialist partners and inspire them with our portfolio.
* You will discuss the strategic guidelines with commitment and negotiate the cooperation agreements and goals with our partners in order to jointly promote e-mobility.
* You are the contact person and responsible for the development and expansion of your partners and take over the organisation and support of onboarding measures and training. In doing so, you will keep an eye on the requirements and needs of our partners, develop added value for our customers in close cooperation and consolidate existing partnerships.
* In order to strategically develop our partnerships, you will independently develop measures and concepts to intensify scalable cooperation and build a resilient relationship management with new customers. You will be in contact with the relevant decision-makers.
* You represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences. In addition, you advise customers/partners and support them in close cooperation with the technical department in the development of solutions.
* You should be able to travel on business from time to time.

Your profile:

* You have a degree in industrial engineering, e.g. with a specialisation in electrical engineering or an engineering degree with a commercial focus. Alternatively, you have an education with appropriate further training and relevant professional experience.
* Ideally, you already have experience in business development, sales or consulting or alternatively experience in partner and sales management.
* You have at least a basic understanding of electrical engineering and IT infrastructure as well as basic knowledge of charging and communication infrastructure is desirable.
* You are experienced in dealing with MS Office applications.
* Way of working: Your way of working is characterised by your ability to prioritise and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics. You know how to use your negotiation and sales skills successfully in your daily work.
* Personality: You convince with a confident appearance and a high level of commitment. Your analytical thinking, as well as your pronounced flexibility and conceptual strength round off your profile.
* Languages: In addition to German (native speaker), you are also fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
