Senior Development Project Manager - Hertfordshire - Solar & Storage - £60,000-£80,000 DOE

A developer based in Hertfordshire are looking for a Senior Development Project Manager who will be managing and progressing projects but is also able to assist more portfolio management functions. Due to an expanding portfolio, exciting deals happening behind the scenes, and amazing funding they are preparing for the next few years to be massive for growth of the team, meaning that by getting in now you will be involved from the get-go with something truly special.

This is a totally new position within the company, and you would work closely alongside the Head of Development to ensure projects are running smoothly through the development process up to RTB. What would your role consist of and not be limited to?:
-Identifying landowners with sites suitable for solar development.
-Outlining possible terms for a lease, and HoTs.
-Shaping the design of the project.
-Negotiating option and lease agreements.
-Getting projects through the planning phases.
-Responsible for development process from lead initiation to connection.
-Liaising with DNOs to obtain grid connections.
-Assisting with the management of the portfolios and their reporting requirements.
-Assisting with setting project design templates and development processes.
-Scope to help develop and assist more junior members of the team.
