The TSG Charge UK team is the UK's number one provider of engineering procurement construction and leads the way in the deployment and management of EV infrastructure. TSG offers game-changing EV charging solutions; it has installed over 20,000+ charging points in the UK and has recently won a large contract to deliver a charging network across Europe. Principal Objectives:
Oversee our Construction side of the business including partners and sub-contractors. Monitoring project plans to budgets and timescales and ensuring all H&S and other company and regulatory policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
*Project management - planning, documentation, sourcing, monitoring etc.
*Inspect client's property and assist partners in work measurement and valuation
*Draft construction plans and legal contracts
*Ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations including Health & Safety policies and regulations
*Provide legal oversight and liaise with professional advisors as required
*Oversee building work, promoting and protecting TTSG brand on construction projects
*Write technical reports
*Estimate costs of overheads, materials, labour and equipment for use in Tenders
*Check the quality of suppliers and negotiate cost-effective prices
*Plan and control the preparation of construction sites prior to commencement of works and throughout project lifespan
*Assist in planning methodology for each project stage and monitor progress against agreed completion dates
*Demonstrate safe working practices at all times, adhering to Company H&S rules and procedures
*Perform audit and surveillance duties on sites operated by partners and sub-contractors
*Other duties as required

Skills & Abilities Required for This Position (Essential):
*Minimum 5 years in a similar role
*Quantity / Building Surveyor qualifications and/or experience
*The roleholder will require to be flexible as the role will involve a large amount of travel and flexibility in hours worked.
*Accredited by RICS
*H&S experience and/or Qualification
