Piper Maddox is currently engaged on a search with a very up-and-coming e-mobility company, who have been making waves with their innovative charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company as they take a big next step in their journey.

With over 500 employees internationally, this company is looking for a Service Engineering Manager, to lead a team of 15+ employees in their Northern California Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying faults and rectifying them in a timely manner, providing detailed reports and analyses of issues to the team and executives, and providing support to other service engineers and tech departments. They will also be coordinating activities with the service engineering team at the headquarters in Spain for handover/escalation of issues and defining growth strategies.

The ideal candidate has:

·         Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar

·         Experience in distributed embedded, Cloud, and Mobile systems

·         Skilled in scripting languages like SQL and Python

·         Data-driven with impressive analytical skills

·         Experience and understanding of JIRA
