Our client is looking for someone ready to take that next step in their career and build out their own software engineering team. Making a critical hire to drive the technical direction and development of new software products. Key Responsibilities would include:

●       Drive decisions and own recommendations for tech stack & software architecture for software across the company

●       Help implement an agile software development process and ensure the engineering team executes with best-in-class software development practices

●       Help shape the software engineering team as it grows by defining technical staff hiring needs, onboarding, and coaching

●       Work closely with product managers and stakeholders across the development process from discovery & scoping through development & maintenance

The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in software design, architecture, and development with a strong desire for a leadership role. Experience building cloud infrastructure, databases, and handling massive datasets. Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team to success.
