Having recently released their first line of electric vehicles, they are looking for a Human Factors Staff Engineer who will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of people working within Human Factors Engineering across the company on several different teams. They will seek out answers to constantly improve the company’s electric vehicle experience for both dealers and the customer. This position requires the candidate to focus on the development of in-demand new vehicles as well as systems and be apart of projects from other aspects of the company, including but not limited to, their current products, growth in the digital aspect, as well as accessories and parts.

The ideal candidate has:
Constant mindset of how to improve with creating and moving along processes and test methods
Understanding of UI/UX design, use of Adobe XD, or other relative software to create prototypes that can be tested
Knowledge and understanding of Creo
Proven success in deciphering difficult technical issues with creative solutions in a team environment
Understanding of familiarity with using statistical methods to provide suggestions after analyzing data
