​Staff Software Engineer EV Architecture

Piper Maddox is currently engaged on a search with an instantly recognized E-Mobility company that is making waves in the industry with their newly released, sleek vehicles.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company as they take a big next step in their journey.

Having recently released their first line of electric vehicles, they are looking for a Staff Software Engineer in EV Architecture who will be tasked with the responsibility of software engineering architecture within an electric vehicle powertrain, and these include battery monitoring systems, inverters, on-board charging, HV batteries, and vehicle control units.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 6 years of work experience within the EV sector

• 3-4 years of experience as a senior engineer

• MAtlab Simulink model-based experience

• Familiarity generating code with C (C++ and C# not required)

• Experience working on projects from conception to completion

• Ability to successfully work independently

This role is based in San Francisco Bay Area and comes with a market leading salary as well as relocation assistance.
