Piper Maddox have teamed up with a key competitor within the Solar & battery storage industry. My client is striving for a cleaner and greener Britain while also assisting people in managing their energy costs by making solar accessible to everyone. They are now expanding their UK team even further by adding a new Technical Manager to rapidly growing UK team. As a Technical Manager you will have a variation of onsite & home based tasks to help maintain and develop current company polices/procedures.

The Role

Provide expertise when installing Solar & battery storage installations, reviewing and approving solar plans, and responding to difficult technical questions from the sales team.

Maintain a wonderful experience for both our partners and consumers by managing our extensive and varied variety of installation partners (higher availability, faster speeds, etc.).

Ensure that installations are carried out in accordance with MCS guidelines as well as our own high internal quality standards (we will give continuous training and may need some onsite work).

Work with the Product and Engineering teams to design and build tools to assist with the surveying and installation of solar PV and battery storage.

Ensure that our internal quality management systems are kept accurate and up to date.
Be prepared to travel across the Southwest.

Your experience

Electrical Qualifications - NVQ Level 3, AM2 Qualified, and 18th Edition.

Minimum 3 years electrical experience

Knowledge & experience in Solar PV & Battery Installations

Full UK driving license.

Southwest based.
