​Piper Maddox has been exclusively engaged to search for a VP of Project Finance for a leading utility scale solar & storage developer.

This company has an incredibly successful track record in developing projects with over $500 mill in assets, 700+ MW of operational projects, 15K MW of projects in construction, and 9GW of solar & 4 GW of storage projects in their pipeline (all with active positions in the interconnection queue).

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of project finance experience specific to Utility Scale renewable or energy storage projects.

• Tax equity experience: successful track record of closing tax-equity deals

• Experience in one or more of the tax equity structures

• Partnership flip or inverted lease

• Production tax credits

• Experience leading a project financing from start-deal close
