The RoleElectrical Engineering Manager | On-Site | $175,000 - $200,000 | Houston, TXDevelop efficient engineering solutions, optimizing project costs and resources.Prepare comprehensive preliminary studies including geological, technical, and legal documentation.Create engineering and economic viability studies to assist in final project proposals.Assess subcontracted suppliers and manage procurement processes to ensure timely project execution.Coordinate document management and compliance with technical and legal requirements.Monitor project execution, addressing constraints to meet deadlines and budgets.Research and propose new tools and instruments to enhance engineering and construction processes.Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring high performance and resource adequacy.Maintain databases of legal and technical information for compliance across operational regions.Collaborate with Compliance to uphold ongoing program standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
