Piper Maddox has the pleasure of working with one of the most elite automotive clients in the world. We are specifically looking for Battery Cell experienced Validation / Development Leaders.
Due to growth and restructure, our is offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to step into their Head of Validation.

The role:

The Head of Validation will lead a medium sized team, responsible for the test management of battery cells.
A customer focused role ensuring the manufactured battery cell meet customer requirements, this can include development of Validation Program, Electrical testing, Chemical testing, Environmental testing.

Requirements:

* Recognised engineering degree gained in Electrochemistry, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
* Senior leadership background gained with test management and technology validation
* Ideally possessing industry experience with Cell Manufacture, Battery, Automotive, Electric Vehicle
* German & English language proficiency

At least 5 years in a technical management position. Proven expertise in new technology development, innovation in cost reduction, and technical problem-solving. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring action and achieving results.
